Asset Living is hiring a Regional Vice President, Operations to oversee a portfolio of residential properties and lead Regional Managers and their teams. The role manages regional operational and financial performance, supports budgets and capital projects, develops talent, engages ownership groups and clients, leads business reviews, and improves service delivery and operating efficiency. The position requires experience as a Regional Manager in multifamily and/or student housing, with a bachelor’s degree preferred and 25–50% annual travel.
