Description
Kennedy ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy services to clients in their home or school setting. The RBT will implement treatment plans developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collect and document client progress data, and collaborate with families and team members to support client success. This part-time position offers flexible schedules up to 30 hours per week, competitive pay ranging from $25-$30 per hour, bonus opportunities, paid training and certification assistance, and career advancement prospects.
