Applied ABC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy directly in the homes of children with autism, working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role includes implementing behavioral intervention plans, collecting therapy-session data, communicating with supervisory staff, participating in ABA training, and maintaining weekday and weekend availability. Applicants need at least one year of ABA experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant undergraduate study, and valid RBT certification.
