Description
A Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct behavioral health support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. The role implements individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collects behavioral data, assists with assessments and intake, maintains HIPAA-compliant medical records, collaborates with families and professionals, and supports social, communication, and daily living skills. The position is full-time or part-time, paid $20–$30 per hour, requires RBT certification, and is performed in person.
