Mixpanel is hiring a Renewal Manager for EMEA to own the renewal process for an assigned book of business, track quote-to-close, analyze account risk with Salesforce, dashboards, health scores, and AI tools, negotiate standard renewals, and escalate complex deals. The role requires experience in renewals, customer success, account management, or sales, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with pricing, negotiation, and SaaS retention.
