Spring Arbor of Apex is hiring Resident Assistants for its Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. The role provides scheduled resident care under the Resident Services Director, including activities of daily living, mobility and positioning, medication reminders, incontinence care, documentation, communication with care associates, and support for neighborhood programming. Candidates need active CNA or PCA certification, 1–5 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related health care experience, dementia training where applicable, and a positive criminal background screening. The position offers full- and part-time work across all shifts, visa sponsorship, and medical, vision, and dental coverage.
