Spring Arbor of Rocky Mount is hiring a Resident Assistant to provide hands-on care and support to Assisted Living residents under the supervision of the Resident Services Director. The role covers activities of daily living, mobility and positioning, medication reminders, incontinence care, resident documentation, communication with the Resident Services team, safety, and neighborhood programming. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related health care experience, pass a criminal background screening, and complete required dementia training where applicable.
