Homes by Dickerson is hiring an experienced Architectural Drafter to support its architectural design team by producing precise residential construction drawings, including dimensions, elevations, sections, materials, and construction details. The role involves assembling project drawing sets, applying value-engineering and structural considerations, incorporating field verifications, resolving field issues, and collaborating with purchasing and design teams. Candidates need an associate or bachelor's degree and at least 1–2 years of experience producing working drawings for residential construction with Autodesk AutoCAD; familiarity with Chief Architect or other 3D BIM software is a plus.
