Description
M/I Homes is hiring a construction superintendent to supervise and coordinate on-site residential construction for an assigned subdivision. The role schedules subcontractors and deliveries, inspects homes throughout construction, reviews plans and blueprints, controls production costs, coordinates customer meetings and service issues, enforces safety and company policies, and supervises subordinates and subcontractors. Candidates need a high school education, construction-related coursework, at least four years of related experience, supervisory experience, and knowledge of homebuilding codes, regulations, and processes.
