Description
The role serves beverages and food to guests, prepares drinks for other servers, and acts as a cashier. Responsibilities include setting up and stocking the bar, maintaining perishable garnishes and produce, greeting guests, documenting and mixing drinks, following alcohol-serving requirements, processing point-of-sale transactions, handling cash, securing equipment and cash, and complying with attendance rules. The position requires English communication, teamwork, food and beverage knowledge, basic math, manual dexterity, keyboard and point-of-sale skills, and the ability to work in confined spaces for long periods.
