River Towne is hiring an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead a short-term/ventilator unit within a skilled nursing facility. The role oversees daily clinical operations, supervises nursing staff, coordinates resident care planning and interdisciplinary communication, ensures regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy, and supports quality improvement in a person-centered care environment. The position requires a current RN license, CPR certification, at least 2 years of nursing experience in short-term care or rehabilitation, and at least 2 years of leadership experience, with rotating call, occasional evenings/weekends, and on-site work in a skilled nursing facility.
