Bread Financial is hiring a Rotational Program Associate to explore different areas of its Technology and Analytics Departments, including InfoSec, Engineering, Data Analytics, and Solutions Architecture. The role also includes a Deposit Operations pathway focused on back-office automation, reporting, controls, and operational metrics. Participants receive role-specific training, coaching, and a talent development curriculum, and must have a bachelor’s degree; prior banking experience is preferred. The position is regular and full-time, with normal-office work and remote or hybrid options requiring 3–4 days per month in an office within 60 miles of a posted location.
