Description
AppsFlyer is hiring an experienced Salary Controller to lead end-to-end payroll operations for its large global workforce, starting with Israeli payroll and with potential growth into global responsibilities. The role owns payroll processes and master data, manages complex payroll cases, supports month-end and quarter-end close, partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors, supports audits, and drives workflow and control improvements. The position requires at least three years of hands-on payroll experience in a large-scale global company, strong payroll and compliance knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and interest in applying AI and automation to payroll operations.
