Talbots is hiring a regular/part-time retail associate for its Mayfaire Town Center store in Wilmington, North Carolina. The role provides customer service, styling assistance, product knowledge, sales support, store-business assistance, order fulfillment, replenishment, and recovery. Candidates should have selling and styling competence, fashion knowledge, communication and organizational skills, computer and handheld-system competency, and availability of 15–20 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position requires physical work such as climbing ladders, standing for extended periods, and lifting at least 40 pounds.
