Description
The Outside Sales Representative Trainee develops industry knowledge and experience under general supervision while rotating through yard operations, production, dispatch, scheduling, delivery, inside sales, and other areas. The role includes accompanying sales representatives and managers on customer calls, performing takeoffs, processing orders, obtaining signatures, and making sales calls to new and existing customers. Requirements are a bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field plus 0–2 years of related industry operations or sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
