G2 Ops is hiring a full-time Scrum Master to support agile delivery teams on the NAVWAR program at a customer site in San Diego, California. The role facilitates Scrum events, removes impediments, coordinates developers, engineers, product owners, and government stakeholders, maintains sprint visibility, and improves delivery effectiveness through Agile metrics and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least five years of relevant professional experience, a bachelor’s degree, Agile and Scrum knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain an Active DoD Secret clearance with eligibility for a Top Secret clearance. The position offers an annual salary of $90,000–$120,000 plus medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
