Description
The SEC Reporting Analyst reports to the SEC Reporting Manager and independently prepares and analyzes SEC financial statements, management reports, and related disclosures. Responsibilities include US GAAP financial statement preparation, coordinating deadlines with internal stakeholders, researching and resolving accounting variances, interpreting SEC and US GAAP disclosure guidance, and performing financial statement analytics. The role prefers 4+ years of public accounting or SEC reporting experience in the insurance industry, CPA or FLMI designations, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
