Description
Serval is hiring a Detection and Response Lead to build and scale cybersecurity detection and response operations across its infrastructure and customer-facing systems. The role leads hands-on security monitoring, incident response, recovery, and post-incident improvement; builds and mentors teams in observability, detection, and threat intelligence; improves telemetry and detection coverage; and partners with Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure to embed security capabilities by design. The position requires 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, expertise in detection engineering, incident response, security operations, modern observability stacks, and adversary tradecraft, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
