Description
The Senior Administrative Assistant provides complex, independent administrative, secretarial, clerical, budget, reporting, scheduling, correspondence, filing, and liaison support for a large business, instructional, or student-services program. The role may supervise or direct lower-level office staff and student workers, coordinate meetings and travel, manage confidential records, and support program budgets and special projects. It requires approximately two years of college-level coursework or specialized training and three years of increasingly responsible administrative or secretarial experience, including lead experience. The position is a full-time, 40-hour, Monday–Friday role in a standard office setting.
