Description
The AI/MLOps Engineer will lead the deployment, integration, operational support, and lifecycle management of AI platforms and machine learning workflows. Responsibilities include building CI/CD and MLOps pipelines, automating infrastructure, monitoring observability, supporting security and compliance, and collaborating with technical and business teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 8–10 years of engineering experience, including 2+ years supporting AI/ML platforms and MLOps workflows, along with Python or Bash, DevOps, Kubernetes, and model-deployment experience. The position may be fully remote, hybrid, or onsite at an ARA office, with preference for candidates in the Albuquerque, New Mexico, or Raleigh, North Carolina area.
