Checkout.com is hiring a Platforms Underwriter in Atlanta to evaluate and approve customer applications for its Checkout platform, primarily serving Payment Facilitators, Marketplaces, and Staged Digital Wallet Operators. The role covers business-model analysis, customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, KYC/KYCB/PEP/sanctions and adverse-media screening, P&L, balance-sheet, and cash-flow analysis, credit exposure assessment, risk-committee recommendations, credit approvals, and mentorship. Candidates need at least six years of financial-analysis or merchant-underwriting experience and five years of due-diligence, merchant-underwriting, or equivalent experience, with payments or fintech expertise preferred.
