Checkout.com is hiring an Operations Manager to convert complex digital-asset and stablecoin products and payment capabilities into scalable, controlled, customer-focused operations. The role designs end-to-end workflows, translates product and regulatory requirements into controls and handoffs, establishes operational foundations, and uses AI, automation, governance, metrics, and modern tooling to optimize processes. It requires a background in digital assets, stablecoins, blockchain, regulated payments, and operational excellence, along with at least three years of process-design or operational-excellence experience in fintech. The position uses a hybrid model with three days per week in the office.
