Description
The CAD Drafting Lead prepares and verifies engineering drawings and designs using computer-aided drafting software, develops drawing sets and documentation, maintains drafting standards, trains subordinate CAD operators, manages CAD hardware and software, and coordinates with clients and departments. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 5–7 years of practical CAD experience, and a valid driver’s license; an associate degree in graphic or drafting technology is preferred.
