Checkout.com is hiring a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to lead security-by-design across its multi-cloud environment spanning AWS, Azure, and GCP. The role develops secure architectures and guardrails, assesses cloud services, evaluates engineering proposals, enforces policy-as-code and compliance standards, configures CNAPP/CSPM monitoring, and supports SIEM detection. It requires at least six years of hands-on cloud security experience, expertise in Kubernetes, API and infrastructure-as-code security, and access controls, along with senior-stakeholder communication and mentoring experience. The position follows a hybrid model with three days per week in the office.
