Description
The Senior Cyber Technical Writer will serve as the primary documentation specialist for a Program Management Office supporting complex cybersecurity, intelligence, and defense initiatives. The role develops and maintains technical artifacts such as SSPs, CONOPS, SOPs, RMF materials, playbooks, architecture descriptions, and intelligence reports; translates complex cyber concepts for technical, operational, and executive audiences; supports PMO governance and compliance with federal and DoD frameworks; authorizes classified and unclassified materials; produces executive communications and risk assessments; reviews documentation for accuracy; mentors junior writers; and supports proposals and technical volumes. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and technical writing experience in cybersecurity, intelligence, defense, or federal program environments.
