Description
Panopto is hiring a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to own the security posture of a platform used by millions, embedding automated security controls into development and CI/CD pipelines. The role covers threat modeling, AWS and Kubernetes security, infrastructure-as-code guardrails, policy-as-code, vulnerability triage, incident response, and developer mentorship. Candidates need 7+ years of experience in security engineering, DevSecOps, software development, or cloud infrastructure security, along with strong AWS, container, automation, and AI-assisted security experience. The position is remote for eligible United States and international candidates and offers a base salary of $150,000–$170,000 USD per year plus bonus eligibility.
