Description
The Trade Desk is hiring a GTM Engineering AI/LLM Engineer to architect and build agentic systems that automate and augment go-to-market workflows such as pipeline hygiene, account research, call prep, deal-risk scoring, forecasting, and rep coaching. The role defines agent design patterns, tool-calling conventions, retrieval-augmented pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop guardrails; integrates Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Slack, and internal platform data; sets architectural standards; and partners with Product, Sales, Trading, and RevOps leadership. Candidates need a BS in an engineering-related discipline, at least 8 years of software engineering experience, 2 years building production LLM or agentic applications, and strong Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, enterprise integration, full-stack, and technical-lead experience. The role offers a base salary of $124,900–$228,900 USD and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
