The role owns architecture, frontend and backend systems, Kubernetes deployment and infrastructure, developer experience, AI-assisted engineering adoption, and engineering mentorship. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, production full-stack systems experience, modern frontend and scalable backend skills, Kubernetes and CI/CD expertise, and experience with AI-supported engineering tools. The U.S. base salary range is $159,200-$301,600 annually, with a California range of $208,300-$301,600.
