Brex is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer for its Task Workflows Platform team to build and scale foundational infrastructure, including backend APIs, rule-evaluation engines, frontend interfaces, and task orchestration systems. The role involves end-to-end product development, technical leadership, architecture, performance and reliability improvements, and mentorship. It is based in the Seattle office in a hybrid arrangement requiring at least three coordinated office days per week, with up to four weeks of fully remote work per year. The role requires 7+ years of full-stack experience and proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Python, distributed systems, databases, RESTful APIs or GraphQL, and modern frontend technologies. The expected salary range is $192,000 to $240,000, with equity and other compensation potentially included.
