Hart & Hickman is hiring a Senior Consultant to lead complex environmental assessment and remediation projects across the Carolinas from strategy through execution. The role serves as a technical advisor to clients, regulators, and stakeholders; develops client relationships; provides technical leadership and quality review; mentors junior and mid-level staff; and collaborates with leadership on strategic planning and team development. Candidates need 10+ years of environmental consulting experience, expertise in site assessment, remediation, and risk-based cleanup, knowledge of North and South Carolina regulatory programs including NC Brownfields, and strong client management, communication, and business development skills.
