Samsara is hiring a remote Machine Learning Engineer to own the productionization of Safety AI models, from model artifacts through low-latency APIs, data pipelines, evaluation infrastructure, rollout monitoring, and cloud-scale serving. The role partners with applied scientists, firmware and platform teams, and product managers to build reliable, scalable systems for millions of vehicles and edge devices. Candidates need at least six years of machine learning engineering experience, strong programming and ML-tool proficiency, production deployment experience, and a BS or MS in computer science or a related quantitative field. The position offers an annual base salary of $170,170 to $286,000 USD, plus potential RSUs and other benefits.
