Description
NC-DHHS is hiring a Senior Mainframe Developer to support NC FAST and legacy Child Welfare applications, including interface operations, inquiry-only applications, the Child Placement and Payment System, Central Registry applications, and PATH NC Data Conversion activities. The role leads data conversion, implements application enhancements, diagnoses and resolves issues, performs business and systems analysis, and provides production support using COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, and related mainframe technologies. It requires on-call availability for nightly batch processes and includes extensive mainframe development, debugging, testing, and systems analysis experience.
