The role leads end-to-end global licensing strategy and the preparation, drafting, coordination, submission, and governance of financial-services licensing applications, including EMI, payment-method, and central-bank approvals. It requires 8+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal, government relations, or strategic expansion within fintech or payments, along with proven licensing delivery, project management, regulatory analysis, and stakeholder communication skills. The position is hybrid, with three days per week in the office.
