Description
Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager – Manufacturing Programs to lead the Process Owner organization within Manufacturing Support at ANC. The role provides technical process stewardship, manufacturing support, process governance, change control, operational readiness, hypercare, electronic batch record and MES implementation, BOM support, GMP documentation oversight, CAPA and change control ownership, and audit support across upstream, downstream, and services drug substance unit operations. The manager will also develop and expand the Process Owner team, including establishing a swing-shift organization, and coordinate with cross-functional partners such as Quality, Engineering, Process Development, C&Q, Supply Chain, and Digital Manufacturing.
