Amgen is hiring two Senior Manager, Manufacturing Systems Engineering positions at its Amgen North Carolina drug substance manufacturing facility. The Automation Systems role leads Automation Engineers and manages building automation, PLC, upstream process control, and clean utility systems, while the Manufacturing & Project Delivery role oversees new product introduction, project implementation, shift-floor support, and downstream process control. The role provides technical and administrative leadership, strategy, team development, compliance, safety, budgeting, and continuous improvement in a GMP biopharmaceutical environment.
