Description
Samsara is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead its Test Infrastructure and Quality Engineering organization. The role will build and operate shared test platforms, automation frameworks, environments, data systems, and developer workflows; establish quality strategy and measurable release-confidence metrics; drive shift-left quality and AI-assisted testing; and develop engineering managers, software engineers, and quality engineers. The position requires 10+ years of relevant software engineering, infrastructure, test, or quality engineering experience and 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, with an annual base salary of $162,400–$290,000 USD and eligibility for an initial RSU grant.
