The role combines technical leadership, people management, budgeting, program execution, proposal support, and cross-functional coordination across software, systems, hardware, manufacturing, quality, operations, and business leadership. It requires substantial software development and integration/test experience, management experience, and the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance, with U.S. citizenship required for a DoD TS/SCI clearance.
