The role oversees Tier 2 application support, change request and release governance, product operations, hypercare management, incident response, operational KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, support, QA, SRE, and global teams in Malaysia and Ireland. The position requires 10+ years of software operations, production support, or technical program management experience, along with expertise in web application architecture, APIs, distributed systems, cloud platforms, incident management, and monitoring tools. The base pay is $130,700 to $261,300, with a standard work shift and 5% travel.
