Xcimer Energy is hiring a Senior Opto-Mechanical Engineer to design, analyze, validate, and integrate precision mounting and support systems for meter-class segmented and lightweight mirrors used in deep-UV, high-energy laser beam transport. The role owns optical mounts, trusses, weldments, adjustment mechanisms, vibration isolation, thermal stability, handling fixtures, metrology, GD&T drawings, and integration with large-scale facility assembly. It is a hands-on senior position based onsite in Denver, Colorado, requiring a bachelor's degree in mechanical, optical, or related engineering and at least 10 years of opto-mechanical engineering experience.
