The City of Fountain is hiring a Senior Planner to perform advanced professional planning, development review, research, policy analysis, and project coordination for the administration of land use regulations, development standards, and community development initiatives. The role independently reviews complex development applications, prepares technical reports and public presentations, conducts field inspections and research, advises on planning matters, and supports planning program administration. It is a full-time, exempt position in Fountain, Colorado with a salary range of $74,255.40 to $99,007.21 per year.
