Description
Samsara is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer for Growth Product & Engineering to own the CI/CD, infrastructure, security, observability, and self-service platform that supports AI-assisted and agentic development. The role includes building hardened pipelines, migrating AWS resources to Infrastructure as Code, separating production and pre-production workloads, centralizing logging and monitoring, automating security and release controls, operating SRE agents, and contributing to backend product development. Candidates need at least six years of relevant experience, hands-on AWS production experience, strong Python and JavaScript experience, and familiarity with containerization and cloud security. The role is open to candidates residing in the United States except in the San Francisco Bay, New York City, and Washington, D.C. metropolitan areas and offers a flexible remote or hybrid model.
