Checkout.com is hiring a Product Engineer for its Issuer Partnerships team to build and ship APIs, data services, monitoring systems, and AI-assisted workflows that improve payment performance with issuing banks. The role owns software from prototype through production, collaborates with data scientists, analysts, engineers, and relationship managers, and focuses on LLM-based applications, automation, and scalable data products. Candidates should have strong software engineering, Python, SQL, agile, and problem-solving skills, with experience building software or internal tools; payments, cloud, database, and frontend experience are preferred. The position follows a hybrid model with three days per week in the office.
