SciTec is hiring a Senior Program Development Manager (PDM) in Boulder, Colorado to identify, develop, and capture new U.S. government business opportunities, lead proposal efforts, manage proposal schedules and budgets, develop marketing materials, and support pre-award and just-awarded program activities. The role requires a master’s degree in a relevant technical field, extensive U.S. government or aerospace technical program management and business-capture experience, an active DoD SECRET clearance or higher, and the ability to lead teams and perform as an individual contributor. The position is hybrid and pays $180,000–$230,000 per year.
