Description
The Senior Program Manager will lead complex, cross-functional tax programs from strategy through delivery and long-term sustainment, partnering with senior leaders across Tax, Accounting, Treasury, Finance Operations, Legal, and Technology. The role defines program strategy and success metrics in ambiguous environments, builds data-driven business cases, negotiates trade-offs, resolves cross-organizational issues, streamlines processes, and mentors junior program managers. Candidates need at least five years of program or project management experience, experience with data and metrics, experience owning program strategy and delivery, and knowledge of general AI tools; experience in Finance, specifically Tax and/or Accounting, is also required. The position is based in Arlington, Virginia, or Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of $115,600 to $160,000 annually.
