Convert customer feedback, adoption challenges, and market signals into actionable product recommendations. Drive Responsible AI Innovation: Guide the evolution of capabilities across AI inventories, AI assessments, AI risk management, AI governance workflows, model oversight, AI policy management, and regulatory compliance. Ensure products help organizations operationalize responsible AI principles while maintaining business agility and innovation. Define governance patterns that balance risk mitigation, transparency, accountability, and AI adoption. Influence Product & Engineering Execution: Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and Design teams to prioritize investments and accelerate delivery. Validate product direction through customer engagement, design-partner programs, and early-access initiatives. Drive measurable improvements in product quality, adoption, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes. Lead the AI Governance Community: Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders on responsible AI, AI regulations, governance frameworks, and industry best practices. Represent the voice of customers during roadmap discussions, executive reviews, and strategic planning exercises. Influence market perception through thought leadership, customer advocacy, and strategic customer relationships. Measure Business Impact: Own business outcomes tied to AI Governance adoption, customer value realization, risk reduction, compliance readiness, and customer expansion opportunities. Establish success metrics that connect product investments to customer outcomes and long-term platform growth. Drive customer success through measurable improvements in AI governance maturity and operational efficiency.
