Techstra Solutions is hiring a Senior Program Manager in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to lead a complex mainframe modernization and rewrite initiative. The role owns end-to-end program delivery, including planning, application and data migration, testing, infrastructure, security, business readiness, cutover, go-live, stabilization, risk management, vendor coordination, and executive reporting.
