The role owns capability-roadmap execution, launch readiness and change management, vendor and 3PL performance management, cross-functional delivery across operations and technology, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of relevant experience, vendor-management expertise, and strong stakeholder, financial, and communication skills. The position offers an annual pay range of $110,500 to $183,000 and medical, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
