Description
Standard Communities is hiring a Senior Project Manager to support its new construction team across affordable multifamily housing projects. The role manages projects from preconstruction through final completion, reviews design packages and contractor proposals, coordinates with development, design, general contractors, authorities having jurisdiction, and utility providers, monitors schedules and budgets, approves payment applications and change orders, ensures code and permitting compliance, and conducts site visits to track progress and quality. The position requires at least 10 years of project management experience overseeing residential housing projects and subcontractors, strong construction knowledge, proficiency with construction management tools, and willingness to travel.
