ROWE Professional Services Company is hiring a Senior Project Manager for its Construction Services Division in Flint, Michigan. The role leads and coordinates multiple construction projects, develops proposals, reports, plans, scopes, budgets, schedules, and staff assignments, ensures safety and quality control, manages client/contractor/stakeholder relationships, and provides technical guidance to junior staff. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, at least 10 years of experience, and a Michigan Professional Engineer license, with experience in MDOT and municipal roadway, water main, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and bridge construction projects.
