Description
Taktile is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own the full recruiting cycle for a portfolio of go-to-market roles, from role scoping and sourcing through offer close. The role partners with hiring managers, uses AI and LinkedIn Recruiter, manages candidate experience and hiring funnel data, supports employer branding, and coordinates onboarding and visa support. It requires at least five years of proactive sourcing and talent acquisition experience, including across GTM functions, and is based in New York with in-person collaboration at least three days per week.
